It loses waves, generally works as if I took out the antenna from the radio..I tried to unscrew the bat itself from the antenna and no difference. Is there any antenna amplifier there? Any ideas? Switching between shortcut stations and serius xm radios don't work after about 5 minutes of operation. Also, my steering wheel controls to switch between stations has never worked (is it supposed to?) I took the car for the dealer and they tried to run a few resets, I made sure the battery is charged, they poked around with it for a couple of weeks and got to the amp and came back saying that all the signal and systems are working but they don't know why there was no sound.
